  12. Dear 'Gadha',
It was really stunning when i read a story about you in Deepika Malayalam daily. They published a photo which was not at all matching your old figure. You know on those old days while played Gahda with lalettan you were one of our cutest symbols. Now..you changed a lot. It is good that you changed your channel, but remember sometimes about we Malayalalees who loved you a lot.
    With Love,
    Aluvavala.

Very Glad to know that you are a writer now.
Well, you know, Vodafone India has taken its caption "Where ever you go our network folows" inspired by the dialogue in the superhit film "Vandanam"(Where ever you go we are there, Gadha Jam!!!).

  18. Dear MaM,
My name is Vinu.Manikandandan, I hails from Kerala. Its been a pleasure to read your article on sri Lankan issue which you had commented in a nice way not been part of the two sides saying the suffering of Tamil sri Lankan, There are people around the world who had written and are writing the suffering that these sri Lankan Tamils had faced. I wonder why no one is caring about the non sri Lankan Tamil people who had lost their dreams and sleep for couple of decades. They too are humans why none of them considers about their lost.

On the first place let me clarify you that i am not against Tamils. What the LTTE was doing and the sri Lankan army is doing both are against humanitarian consideration. I would like to know your valuable view on this aspect and are you too shying away from telling the hardships that these non sri Lankan people had suffered just like others.

Mam one more thing i been a deadly lal fan, VANDHANAM IS ONE OF MY favorite film, i thank you for gifting us with such an excellent film.

  21. Oh My Dear Gathaaaa....
    I mean jam jam
At last we found you :)
Thanks to the person who forwarded an email about you and helped me reach this place.

Like you referred to Sri Aurobindo's opinion about pent up hatred in a previous post about the cause of riots after we got independence, this also is a kind of sudden outburst of joy which I had suppressed all these years. So please forgive me for posting this unrelated comment here....

wish you good luck in your life...

  22. just curious to know how you take these comments pouring in..;-) is it the curse of being a celebrity .... or do you enjoy being loved by the thousands of strangers, whom you entertained once with your beautiful screen persona? There are very few in the world made such mark, coming out of the glam world. Congrats!
